Success Project I : Patent Technology

A well-known listed/OTC biotech and medical enterprise intended to sign authorization contracts and global rights transfer contracts of 2 new drug patents with Mainland China and Korea. The contract amount of this project is huge, and the content of the agreement involves transnational regulations, equity and cash transactions, which needs to be negotiated extensively, so CRIF CCIS was entrusted to carry out the valuation of the new drug patents and finally obtained the approval of the competent authority and the client.

Success Project II: Trademark and Brand

A well-known food manufacturer intended to sell its trademark and brand to a newly established subsidiary of the group for use as asset investment. As it is related to the transaction between the parent company and subsidiary of the group, CRIF CCIS assisted in the establishment of the valuation model and parameter calculations to make the valuation reflect the rationality of the related transaction parties. Finally, it was adopted by the accountant and recognized by the tax bureau.
