Telesales Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a telesales specialist to be responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone. This is a 100% telesales role and the successful candidate must be comfortable to make outbound calls via digital communication tools. While leads are provided, you are expected to:

  • Be responsible for the process of calling, pitching, following up and closing deals at a high performing level.
  • Effectively communicates the products to the prospects.
  • Be sales-minded and resourceful to achieve the KPIs.
  • Meet requirements in the areas of documentation accuracy, approval and systems processing.
  • Keep records of calls and sales, and note useful information with CRM tools.
  • Have a knack for objection handling, persuasive, instilling urgency and acting in a fast-paced manner.
  • Constantly excelling in meeting and exceeding KPIs set by the company.
ABOUT YOU

Skills/Experience required:

  • At least 1 year experience in telemarketing, telesales, outbound calls or sales.
  • Excellent communicator with a consultative-sales driven approach.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu. Fluency in Mandarin an advantage.
  • Strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resililent and a team player with a willingness to learn.
  • Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes.
  • Highly creative; can work with less supervision.
  • Has initiative and good problem-solving skills.
